Charlotte NC Home Inspector Finds Missing Insulation with Infrared Camera

Charlotte home inspector Patrick Waddell of Home Inspection Carolina was recently inspecting a home off Farm Pond Ln in East Charlotte when he noticed a huge temperature anomaly on the left wall of the house.  It was about thirty four degrees outside and 60 degrres inside.  Turns out there was no insulation on tha lower rear wall and that is what is causing that wall to be warm.
