This was causing high moisture in the crawl space. The problem is that the condensation pump was not working so while the air condition was running the moisture being removed from the the house and deposited into the crawlspace. Over time this could cause a host of problems including fungus and mold. Have your crawl space checked regularly and make sure you don't have high moisture in your crawl.
