While inspecting a home in Carmel Country club in Charlotte NC, Charlotte home inspector Preston Sandlin noticed that one room was particularly colder that the rest of the rooms. Using a thermal infrared camera the inspector was able to figure why this was happening. The flex round duct was not tightned down on the register causing warm air to be lost and wasted.
