Charlotte home inspector Preston Sandlin recently inspected a home in the Wilmore section of Charlotte NC  where he discovered a wall that was bulging or heaving.  This is happening because of water pressure or hydrolis pressure.  If there was a proper drainage systym this wouldn't happen.
